First Haircut - November 21, 2010

We trimmed some of Henry's long mullet curls this week. He looks so grown up now! But so handsome. (I'm biased though)
BEFORE................

AFTER.... My sweet Henry was so patient with me. Handsome boy!

Fall Fun

Henry and Josh enjoyed some time outside this weekend. The weather has been incredible!

Butter?

Henry has Pugmire blood in him....What can we say? Everything tastes better with butter! DONT WORRY! He didnt get very far and he was only holding it so that I could buy 10 seconds and finish my banana bread :) PS - ITs frozen with a wrapper

Dragon Boy...

We had some rough moments, but Henry looked adorable! Thank you Aunty Jen for the cute costume! And thank you Grandma Snow for the fun halloween sockys!

Capitals Practice

While I was at work Josh and Henry went to watch the Capitals practice at their practice ice in Ballston mall. It looks like they had a fun time.

Here's Henry watching the players warm-up.

Here's a couple of shots of Henry giving a couple of the players some advice for their next game.

And here's Henry studiously observing the players during drills, at least until he decides he wants another cracker.

Blowing Kisses

We were finally able to get Henry to cooperate and blow everyone a kiss. As you will see in the first video, however, it took a lot of food and bribery to get him to finally do it.

15 Months and growing!

Wow, didnt we JUST celebrate Henry's first birthday?? Henry is SOOO much fun right now!
Henry is learning so much! Here are a few news things about our little man.

Words he LOVES to say:
Set
GO!
Dad
Mama
Shoes
Kiss
Hi
Soccer
Eyes
...Maybe more, I just cant think of them now : )

Animals He knows the sounds of:
Monkey
Dog
Bird
Cow - Mostly

Body Parts he knows:
Ears
Eyes
Nose
Belly Button
Mouth - Almost

He is learning to communicate more easily these days by shaking his head yes and no. It seems like he is pretty accurate with that as far as yes meaning he WOULD like something and no meaning he WOULDNT like something. With all the good communicating that Henry does he does still get angry and upset sometimes and expresses his feelings with biting and hitting. How do children learn to do that!? He is a really good baby though. We love him so much and have been so grateful to have him these last 15 months!
