80 or 1???

I don't know, but it seems like my baby is turning 80 this week instead of 1. He recently found a little metal bar that is supposed to be a part of his stroller. He thinks it's a cane and walks around the house using it to help him walk... He's certainly a character.

Henry has learned his first bit of sign language, or maybe we just trained him like a dog... either way, he makes the sign for "more" now when he wants more food to eat. Enjoy the video.

ELEVEN MONTHS!

Oh my goodness! One year is just around the corner! I can't believe this little boy has been in our lives for almost a year. Henry has accomplished SO much this last month. I wish I had more pictures and videos for you.
Henry is WALKING! I didn't portray in my last few entries just how excited I am about that! HE IS SO HEAVY! I'm teasing. I'm just a proud mommy. He started showing interest in walking probably 3 or 4 weeks ago. He took just 2 or 3 steps from one chair to another. Since then he is getting braver and braver. Now he will walk across an entire room. He is a little wobbly, and still resorts to crawling, but I think he is excited about this new found skill of his. Henry is eating finger foods. YAY! He loves cheerios, and ham, and avacado and...well, anything he can get his hands on. He is getting better with different textures too. He loves cottage cheese and bread. He is a chatty boy. Often times he sits in his car seat on the way home from somewhere and just chats and laughs and chats with himself. It's so funny and so sweet. We are just waiting for that golden first word! Henry loves to play "pass" with his daddy and his soccer ball. They love playing soccer together. Josh made Henry a really cool soccer goal. Pictures of that to come...
Henry loves books! Last week we found a school library that was closing and we went and collected about 100 new books! We wont be bored for a while!
Enjoy the new pictures and whats to come!

Our trip to the EASTERN MARKET - No one told us there WAS NO Eastern Market that day.... :( Oh well, We enjoyed our time hanging out.

This was our Memorial Day BBQ! Michelle and Brian were gracious enough to put this all together. Our babies had so much fun! Alex sure does love that phone!
