Kite Festival

We enjoyed the morning on the Washington Monument for the Kite and Blossom Festival. The weather was beautiful and we had a lot of fun. Our time there was brief as it is General Conference today, but I'm glad we went. Enjoy:

Preschool at the Zoo!

We spent a morning at the Zoo for preschool this week. As usual, it was so much fun. I will really miss having a really really neat FREE zoo around. Henry LOVES the animals, the freedom to roam and all his buddies.

Oh how brilliant Emily is. The kids followed amazingly well while the bubble gun was on. Where can I get me one of those?!

It is difficult to see in this picture, but Henry is holding Gabbi's hand. That will be funny a few more pictures down.

We had Gabbi over this week while her mommy was at dance practice. She and Henry had so much fun playing. 

Henry felt it important to help and hold Gabbi's hand down the stairs.....

We enjoyed a really beautiful Sunday evening walk to the park for some fun kite flying. The blossoms are out, the weather is beautiful and we are loving every minute of it. 

Arboretum with Friends

We enjoyed a morning at the National Arboretum with a good friend from Institute and her sweet boys this week. While not everything is green just yet the weather was perfect and the kids all enjoyed this new scenery and play area

Henry was nervous to do much climbing alone.

The Magnolia trees were in full bloom and this picture does not do them justice. We captured this driving by, but they were incredible.
